sex on my first day of fertile window

I had unprotected sex on the very first day of my fertile window. However my bf didn't actually cum in me, but he was in there for several minutes tho which leaves the risk of precum. Personally I think I'm just over stressing, like I always do lol. Ladies, am I over stressing? I haven't had any symptoms or changes and I think I'm fine but I still STRESS UGH
