Does lack of sleep give you headaches?

I'm lucky to get 5 hours sleep a night because of work. Not to mention my other half has recently started snoring! I'm getting irritated and have bad headaches now. Do you get these too?

Yes I work 12 hour shifts and when I only get about 5 hrs of sleep or less I always end up with headaches or migraines.

I have chronic migraines, and lack of sleep is probably my biggest trigger. I need at least 8 hours every night, or else my pain spikes like crazy. :/
