HELP: sorry if this is a bit personal tho

This is kind of personal but I need another ladies opinion, I went to my lady doctor because I am experiencing a lot of discharge and it has a weird strong vinager scent and I got tested for std's and yeast infections and they both came back negative. She said I am clean and healthy but there is no explanation for this scent and it is embarrassing, especially when it comes to oral sex with my boyfriend. Does anyone know anything for why or how I can get rid of this? Please help!
