Hair loss and PCOS

Ladies with PCOS that have hair loss, what are some things you do or have tried to help with the hair loss/thinning. I used to have very very thick hair and now it is very thin and coming out more and more everyday. I'm afraid I'm going to be bald soon! Any advice is appreciated.
