What kind of engagement ring is this??

I don't totally understand your question. If you're looking for a description it is (from what I can remember from the photo):
Ladies engagement ring. Set in white metal- could be gold, platinum or silver. 
Large round clear centre stone- could be diamond, cZ, white sapphire- surrounded by a bezel with round clear stones set in it- hard to tell if it's a channel setting or bead setting (I'm thinking probably channel set).
Split tapered shoulders with clear round bead set stones all along them.

In terms of metal type, you would have to check the stamp on the inside of the band or consult a goldsmith. In terms of stones, you would have to check with a goldsmith or a diamond grader or gemologist in terms of stone type, cut, colour and clarity.
