Oopsies

So the night before my birthday I slept with one of my Ex's friend's. TBH was a huge mistake bc I've had feelings for the friend for the longest time. However, whenever the Ex found out the the friend even sent a friend request of FB, he had a cow. So I never said anything to the friend until after we slept together. Apparently we could never be anything bc of my Ex. Mind you, the ex is apparently GAY.

Any advice?
