I'd say left over HCG. If you MC your OB should have been taking blood and making sure you levels were going down. It's been a bit over 2 weeks? 
Mine levels didn't go down for a month. It's highly unlikely it's a new pregnancy this short out.

I would say pregnant. I would call your doctor and tell them and act for a blood test to make sure.
