Pregnant and bottel feeding kittens fostering them.

Hey everyone I was wondering if it is okay to bottel feed kittens well pregnant. I wash my hands and wash them oftian. I keep them as clean as I can because I'm kinda a clean freak. I bottel feed them kitten formula every 4 hours. Is it okay well being 28 weeks pregnant and to bottel feed kittens I'm a little worried I'll make us sick. But at the same time I'm a foster mom to these kittens I took them on last min because no one else would and I got asked to by the vet hospital because I used to foster alot of the animals and rehome them before I got pregnant.
