Unprotected sex on day of missed pill

Hello! I had unprotected sex with my

Husband on Wednesday afternoon. I forgot to take my pill that night (I always take it at 7pm). I didn't realize I forgot until Thursday night when I saw Wednesday's pill was still there. So I took both (per the instructions from the birth control paperwork). I'm only on the first week of the pack. I finished my period last Sunday.

I have been on the pill for over 2 years and this is only my second "forget" moment.

Should I be concerned?
