Too late to use belly binder

Hi..

I m 9 week pp..i had c sec on June 22. I still look 6 Month pregnant... I hv heard that Belly binder pushes utrus inside and helps in getting u back in shape... if it is used right after delivery..may be 2 weeks later in case of c sec...i didn't use it earlier..if I Start using it now will it help?
