Could this finally be my month for BFP???

Today I am 10 dpo . I got what I think was implantation spotting at 8dpo . Today and yesterday I checked my cervix and it's high, hard and closed. AF is supposed to make her appearance in 4 days . Please give me ur input !! I want baby #3 so badly it hurts!
