can anyone help?

I was just prescribed birth control a week and a half ago. I've been feeling like I'm pregnant and they took a negative test before they gave it to me so I know I'm not, but I'm bloating so bad that I look like I have a baby bump, and I'm nauseous after eating and mostly in the mornings it's really worrying me 😞 what should I do? Is this normal?

You're ok, those are normal side effects. I had those side effects too when I first started BC. They will eventually go away (although if you still have nasty side effects after 3 months, you should see your doctor about changing your prescription).

BC causes pregnancy-like symptoms because it tricks the body into believe that it actually is having a baby.

The doctors wouldn't have prescribed birth control if you're pregnant. Sounds like side effects. If it gets worse I'd go back
