Ovulation problems nearly 30 and scared

I have been TTC for over 2 years now and have been told by the doctors after numerous blood tests that I don't ovulate, but I have regular periods and nobody can tell me why this is happening. I had 2 cysts removed from my ovaries in march 2016 but the surgeon had said this should not have affected my fertility in the slightest, but I just can't seem to find out why this is all happening, I never show an LH surge at all during my cycle, and I'm getting really down now feeling like a failure each month.....
