For OUR new house 😊

So for mine and hubbies new house we will be moving in we are wanting to get internet and cable and I checked online and Charter has a tv, internet, and phone bundle for 30$ a month. Now for the ladies that have delt with stuff like this, this is my first time. Is that a good deal...? Is it really worth it and does it come with a charge...? With the phone, do you have to buy your own house phone?? I need help because I have no idea......😳😳
