TMI. Poop??

Question

I am 16weeks pregnant. I'm in desperate need of advice. I'm very constipated it really hurts to poop I just wanna try. I need to poop yes, but it hurts soooo much!! Any advice will be great for relief and easier to poop.

I take Allign every other day and it worked magic for me. However, I stopped it a month ago because I started eating carrots EVERYDAY and that was enough to regulate my bowel movement. P.S. I used Allign even before pregnancy or else I wouldn't go or I would bleed when I go.

Start eating high fibre cereal in the morning, drink lots of water, and drink a cup of prune juice at night. Then every day sit on the toilet, use a foot stool or the trash can to put your feet on so you are in a squatting position and then don't push, just relax. Sit there for about 10 minutes. If nothing happens. Get up. Try again later. Your body can and should "go poop" without any help from you. Never push. You will give yourself hemorrhoids. Good luck.
