Advice

So I'm currently waiting on a call back from my doctor but I just wanted to see what you ladies would do if this was happening to you technically 33 weeks baby is measuring between 36 and 37 weeks along i have been having some watery like discharge for the past 24 hours not enough to soak anything but it is noticeable I have high blood pressure today taken with my own monitor I have had nausea all morning and now diarrhea has hit. Do you ladies think I should just go ahead and go to the ER?
