Only 15 day cycle?

Cliché but posting on behalf of a friend! She only has a 15 day cycle since she was 14. Has anyone ever had this? She's not ovulating but seeing doctor for clomid. Wondering if anyone has had similar experiences and sorted it or any other comments? Thanks 😚
