No period for 2 months....can i be pregnant?

Okay for two months i havnt had a period only light spotting for a couple of days and i had taken pregnancy test and all came out negative....my period has always been regular...my fiance and i cant figure out why...he says i am and i think i am but the negative pregnancy test make me think other wise! What should i do?....should i take another pregancy test?

Make a doctor appointment, tell them your situation, and request a blood test. That's the only definitive way If urine tests are coming back negative, but still no period! I had a friend who tested negative with home pregnancy tests but tested positive with a blood test.

i remeber when i got pregnant with my little one i took so many testes and all of them seem negative, but then i started feeling very bloated like i had a small ballon inside,i mean you should notice at this time something in your belly if not wait for your period!!!
