Possible pregnancy??

Alright ladies!! With any luck, we hope we've conceived. Currently taking metformin, and will soon start Clomid to help me ovulate. So, we hope we conceived about 3 days ago. The question is, how soon can food aversion start? I've been feeling nauseous and this morning I went to Tim Hortons and got a grilled wrap. It had red peppers and for some reason the smell was making me nauseous. I ate about half of it and then had to stop because it was making me too sick. It tasted good though. It was just the smell. Is this a possible sign of very early pregnancy???
