Anyone used Birth control pills to conceive?

Just wondering if anyone got on birth control pills to help them conceive and how long did you take them for? And how long after taking them did you end up pregnant

My sister in law had a cyst and her GYN put her back on the pill for one month to help shrink the cyst. The next month she was off the pill and got pregnant.

I concieved my son the next month after getting off the pill me and my so have been ttc for awhile now I have PCOS and have gained alot of waight so we decided it's time to get back in the pill my plan is to take for a year and the. Start ttc again after iv lost waight and stuff but iv Hurd it works
