Exercise, what?
K, so I've been doing lots of exercises (really just stretches) to get ready for this girly. I've done lots of research, and I keep coming across this stretch. Can anyone actually do it and I'm just way out of shape? I cannot ballance and stay flat footed. There's a belly in the way! Anyone that can do it, what am I doing wrong? I tried spreading my legs further apart, and i still can't balance. I feel silly because it looks so simple!
