My LO is 5 weeks old and is EBF. She has spots on her face that we thought were baby acne but seem to get more red after nursing. Today I rubbed some expressed milk on her face as I had read this helped with acne but they only got more red and blotchy. Has anyone experienced this in their LO when they have an allergy? Any other thoughts on what it could be? They are primarily on her cheeks but smaller spots all over the face. Thanks!
