I did once because I didn't know how to put it in, and I wanted to learn before my next period.. I shoved one in, it was so uncomfortable so I took it out, but other than that nope.

Why would you??? It's a waste and probably painful. Not to mention unsanitary

If you soak one in coconut oil, it helps relieve UTI pain. That's the only reason I've done it.

Yes 😂 it hurt hella bad cause I was so dry & it was hard to get out .
