Constipation

Help! My one month old is very constipated. He hadn't used the bathroom in two days. I gave him suppository three days ago and he had one movement because it had been two days before. Now he still isn't going on his own and I heard if you keep giving suppository his body will depend on it.. What can I give him to help?
