Is that normal? IV

There's blood in my IV. I would ask a nurse but I haven't seen one in an hour. Edit, the next time a nurse came in I was getting discharged anyways and she just took it out.

Your IV is in a vein were the pressure of your blood is higher than the pressure of the fluids going into your arm. It's not ideal but not harming you. I would let your nurse know the next time they come in.

I had that happen, the nurses had to keep coming in and flushing it out with saline. Just let them know

Try holding ur arm up. I believe I was told once it's bc my arm wasn't elevated
