Wanting to get a little healthier.
My bmi is currently 33.8 and it's super depressing. I've let myself go the past couple years and I've gained nearly 60lbs. I'm deciding that I want to do something about it and lose the weight that I've gained. I'm prepared for this to be a slow going process.
I was just wondering if any of the lovely ladies of glow have any tips for me? Anything would be greatly appreciated. 😊😊
