35 weeks - mildly painful contractions 10-12 min apart

So I'm 35 weeks. Having mildly painful contractions every 10-12 min. I've definitely dropped as u can see by my picture. Dr said I wouldn't make it to my due date at my appt yesterday and depending on my hypertension issues I may even be induced at 37 weeks. However I was bed ridden all day with fatigue & all afternoon till currently I've been having sharp pains during BH contractions on my lower abdominal area. Especially on the left side. I haven't lost my mucus plug yet (at least I don't think I have) but I'm not sure what it is I'm actually experiencing. I was induced at 36 weeks with my first so I don't know what is what with going into labor naturally. Would appreciate some input from u ladies. I was 1 cm dilated and 20% effaced at 31 weeks when they checked me after a car accident. They didn't do a vaginal exam yesterday and they won't be doing one till sept 6. I'm nervous!!
