Gassyyy!!! Stomach is turning! Could I be pregnant!

Hi ladies! So I'm on day 24 and I've been feeling like crap all day! My stomach is turning and it got worse and worse from morning! Now I've had some beans n stuff so it could be that but I was just wondering if anyone had the symptom and found out they were pregnant?! Also the side of my boobs are little sore as well?? What do you guys think it might be? Should I have my hopes up? Lol thanks in advance!!!! 😘❤️
