How can you tell between old blood from your last cycle and implantation bleeding?

Honestly, you can't. Implantation bleeding can be pink, brown, or red like your regular period. It just depends on the woman. Implantation bleeding usually happens about 10 days before your expected period, but it doesn't have to and may come at any other point in your cycle. The only way to know if you're pregnant is to take a test, either a home pregnancy test or one done at your doctor's. Best of luck 💕
