Not sure where to categorize this....

But My cousin applied for TANF cash assistance on the 26th of July.. she called her case manager today, but couldn't reach her. So she talked with a representative and he told her that it's pending and that it's with her case worker.. she's trying to get answers as to when she will know if she was approved or not. Its been 30 days, and she was told it can take up to 45 days. If her stuff is pending, what exactly does that mean ?? Will she hear something about her case next week?
