Dry skin in one spot???!

Hard to see in this picture but I have really dry skin underneath my lips, it gets really red and flaky. It's only happened since I've been pregnant so I don't know if it has to do with pregnancy? It's only in that spot and it won't go away. Does anyone know why or what I can do about it???? :( it makes me very insecure. I thought I might be eczema so I tried some eczema cream but that didn't work.
