Cycle length changed

Hey ladies, just curious if anyone else has had this issue and what it means? For about 4 months now I have been on a diet that consists of no bread/pasta very minimal carb intake and obviously no junk food or soda to try to regulate my insulin levels (due to trying to conceive) in addition to that is have been hitting the gym 5 days a week for about 50-90 minutes a day. Typically for me my cycles range has been anywhere from 32-35 days and periods would last anywhere from 5-7 days. Once I started the diet and exercise routine it stayed pretty consistent with a 32 day cycle. But this month my cycle was earlier than its ever been at 27 days and period only lasted 3 days. Anyone ever experience this? And does it seem like a good thing? Fingers crossed that this is a good sign and maybe next month will be my month!
