How often do you feed your 3.5-4 month old in the middle of the night?

I guess I would have to say I hit the jackpot.  Thanks to my pediatrician my daughter has been sleeping through the night since she has been about 3 weeks old.  He gave me a schedule on feeding her and it works .  Just a little example I put her down for the night at 9 pm and she slept till 945 the next morning.  She wakes up happy too.

My son has his last bottle at 12:30ish then he gets swaddled and he sleeps until 9/10am. I feed him every 3 hours during the day. His first and last bottles have 160-170ML and each one between has 150ML. He's on breast milk & formula during the day then his last 3 bottles are formula. And my son is 15 weeks old & 15 lbs.

Everyone has a different interpretation of middle of the night. My son goes to bed at 8 and wakes up at 7/8 we feed him twice. My pediatrician said sleeping through the night at this age is a 5 to 6 hour stretch at once. Which he does but by all means that isn't my version of sleeping through the night! 😴

Baby goes to bed between 8-8:30, wakes up at 12:30pm and 3:30am to eat. She used to go to bed at 9 and wake up at 1am only.

Continue :  my daughter if up too 8 oz 4 times a day but she averages 7-8 1/2 hours atleast a night some times she can go further.  Like I put her down once at 915 she woke up at 945 the next morning .

The way he started her was since she was eating every three hours and eating three oz. he told me to build up her patients.  He said if you start at 12 with 3 oz her next feeding will be 3 hours 5 minutes, next one after that will be 3 hours 10 minutes. Each feeding you add 5 minutes.  When you reach 3 and a half hours you add a half of oz for a reward.  Give your LO a break for a few days he said and continue the same schedule and for each half hour you add a half oz. My doctor also said put them on s schedule .  Pjs at the same time or atleast try too

No matter what time he goes to bed he will still wake up at 4am and 8am. Even if we fed him at 2am and passed out he would STILL wake up to eat at 4 lol it's literally like clock work hahaha

My daughter goes to bed at 9 or 10, and usually sleeps till 5am. We get up at 5 most days, so she's gotten used to it. Can't get her to bed any eailer. She might wake at 3 or 4am to eat, but usually sleeps through.
