Had a little scare at the ultrasound...

My fiancé and I had gone in for our anatomy ultrasound and the tech had told us in the beginning that it was a girl... We were shocked because at 15 weeks we were told it was a boy! When we raised our concern the tech went back and then took this picture stating it was a boy... The top picture is from 15 weeks and the bottom is from our most recent! Can you guys please help me... Has this happened to someone before and can we 100% say we're having a boy?!
