Halloween ideas!

I need help mamas, I have no clue what my little one should be for Halloween! Our friends are doing the Peter Pan theme and said he could be the alligator but I have no clue how to make a costume like that 😳 and its to hot where I live to buy a full blown costum. What are y'all doing for your little ones?? Anyone have any idea on how I could make a alligator costume? I already have a green onesie.
