What are you wearing at your baby shower?

Idk if I want to wear a dress or not. My friend has two kids, at her first shower she wore a dress. At her second on she wore shorts and a shirt. She said the dress was comfy but she stressed about how she was sitting making sure no one could see up her dress and she constantly had to fix it and it was a mess. I've never been super girly so I feel like I won't be comfortable in a dress but I know most people wear them. Any opinions?
