period? or something else

Hey girls, so last week I got my "period" I think. The reason y I say think is because I spot. I have not had a normal period in two months it's very light and that is something out of the norm for me. I asksed my friend and she said maybe it's my hormones, implantaion or maybe I have a rip in my vagina! I don't feel sick or anything what can it be?
