Stomach bug !?
Been having craps and feeling gassy need to poop but not much will come out just threw up once was more of like a burp with food ....
Have chills no fever just feel tired and drained
My mom has actually been throwing up and going bathroom once ... She gets crampy pains too what could it be going on day 3 started with feeling achy and chills then the stomach pain
