With my first I waiting until 12 weeks. 
But with this one, I'm only 4 weeks and plan on telling family tomorrow. They do 7 week scans here and I want my mom to come along as well. So I figured I might as well tell my close family. And I'll be using this picture

I'm going to wait until after my 8 week ultrasound to tell family. I'll wait at least 12 weeks to tell everyone else. Just a little secret for me and my SO right now!

We'll wait until 12+0,  I would not be comfortable telling sooner than that. 
We had a garden party Saturday and I had bought alcoholfree prosecco for myself and my husband helped me with the refills so no one suspected anything 😊
Besides that I eat like I always do and I'm not very much for coffee,  I drink coffee like three times a week,  so nothing there to blow my cover!

I've always done a special diet, so my family thinks I'm just trying to eat healthy again! I've told a few close friends, but I want to surprise my family by presenting little knitted booties with a cute card reading, "our family is growing by two feet!" I'll be having the first grandchild in quite a long time (18+ years) on both sides. So exciting, but sort of nerve-wracking...lol!

I always tell people my stomach just isn't agreeing. We're waiting until October to tell everyone besides close family. We're going to the pumpkin patch to do cute little family photos(:

I told my husband and his parents. Will tell me parents @ some point this week. Siblings and close family (some of my cousins are my best friends) after our 8 week appt. Work people, the rest of the family and friends @ 12 weeks. Social media after that. I don't want anyone close to us to find out on Facebook or Instagram.

I've told my SO and two close friends. It's my first and there's only so much advice and chat I can have my SO about it so it's good to have the support. Our first appointment is 21st Sept. I'm going to tell grandparents after that then let the world know mid October. I'm getting them a small bag each with the little guide to being grandparents with a trinket. I've been avoiding alcohol but because it's very out of character for me my SO has been going to the bar and getting cranberry juice in a wine glass and alcohol free beer in a glass.

I have told 2 close friends because I was going to burst if I didn't tell someone. But for everyone else I am thinking 8-12 weeks for family and 13 weeks for social media. I'm at a bachelorette party so when people ask why I'm not drinking I tell them we're trying for a baby.

I have told the closest family and friends maybe 8 people in total. I will not post on FB or any social media to spread the news to my extended family and friends til after like 3 months. I made the mistake last time and broadcasted it right away and we had an ectopic. I was so hurt.
