Breastfeeding 2?

So, just found out today baby #2 is in his or her way!!! My son is EBF and will be 14 mos when baby arrives. Any advice for BFing while pregnant, tandem BFing, or BFing a small toddler and a baby at the same time?

My first son was still breastfeeding when I was pregnant with my second. When I hit my second trimester he wanted to nurse and then told me "That milk taste baaaaaaaad!" and never nursed again. I've been told that the taste of your milk changes when you hit your second trimester.
