How to get regular

So I had a baby one year ago and then I got on birth control for about 6 months. It was making my hormones crazy so I stopped about 5 months ago and now I haven't gotten a period since. I AM NOT PREGNANT. but I would like to know if anyone has found a way to get their hormone back on track I feel like I've been pmsing for 4 months.
