Does anyone have any tips for dieting while breastfeeding? During my pregnancy I've gained so much weight and I'm just not happy with my body. My doctor keeps telling me to be patient but my son is almost 4 months old and I've only lost half my pregnancy weight. I've been trying to work out every chance I get but I noticed when I do it decreases my supply. I'd appreciate any suggestions... 😁
