Sometimes you want a long shower, like you used to take before baby was born. But you can't leave her too long with her dad in her play pen because if she gets fussy he gets frustrated because he's trying to relax and play his video game. He's worked all week, multiple days in a row with both opening and closing shifts. Don't ask him to feed her while you're cooking dinner because he won't. But you don't wanna sound unappreciative so while you're feeling extremely under appreciated, you tell him how thankful you are that he works so hard, but then he scoffs and says "we both do" when you tell him how under appreciated you really feel. You make dinner every night for him, wash his work clothes every day. Do everything for the baby without help from him once, not to mention work on homework for your online college classes. But don't you dare say he's selfish. He's providing. Absolutely. I love him, but I just wish he'd help me or listen or tell my I'm doing a good freaking job. 😭
