Contractions or not ?

So I went Walking For  about 2 hours or soo  I'm 38w and a day  have been having contractions regular for weeks some time not regular just on and off thro out the day but they always die out  and every time I have them they hurt like really hurt lol but right now since I came from walking and well I was walking my stomach would get really hard like when I have a contraction but they done hurt and now laying in bed it's getting hard and will stay hard for about a minute  or soo but idk if these are contraction or not since they don't hurt like when i usually have them ?
