Hypothyroidism and Polyps

Hello ladies, my husband and I have been ttc since October of 2014, when we got married. I had a miscarriage in February of 2015 and have been unsuccessful in conceiving again since. Finally went to see my OB about our struggles and after sine blood work and an ultrasound, she believes I may have hypothyroidism. My mom had Hashimoto's Disease, the number one cause of hypothyroidism, so that diagnosis is no surprise to me. There is also a benign polyp on my lower uterus/cervix area, but she needs to do a more thorough unsound to decide whether or not it needs to be removed.

Just wondering if anyone else had struggled with these problems and what has helped you. Thanks!
