How do you tell?

I am one week away from (missed) period. I have never been pregnant before, but it sounds like all the symptoms are the same as your period. Can you tell if it's PMS or early pregnancy?

Sometimes you can't tell.  The symptoms are so similar. The only things I had different were no cm and heartburn so I knew I could be...

Many women get the symptoms confused.  It happens every week on this forum, and sadly the disappointment when AF comes.  For me, the only symptom that is different is my boobs get bigger and firmer- they never change with my period.  I guess over time you'll get more familiar with your body to notice the small changes.  Baby dust to you!
