anybody have any advice on peeing over stitches?

I had over 30 internal stitches and they were so bad and raw that I had to go back to the hospital to get a catheter put in for 3 days.. 😔😣😭💔 I had to take it out last night and peeing is AWFUL.. Absolutely terrible. I didn't have an epidural and this pain is worse than birth. 
I've tried dermoplast, squirt bottle, pain pills, cold bath with an ice pack.. Can anybody help?.. I'm basically desperate 😫😭😭😭😭😭 I can't take this anymore

I've had a third degree tear before and never experienced anything as bad as you describe...if it's worse than labour (😳?!) then I would definitely go to the hospital if I were you, something is clearly not right down there

Do you not have any pain meds??? I would be demanding some ouch I'm sorry u are going thru that

I didn't have nearly as many stitches but I had the same pain problem! I had to go get catheter back in due to the swelling and pain. They said you have to wait it out and mine did get better. It seems like the worst idea when you're in that much pain but drink lots and lots of water!
