Advice on nipple shields
So I've been ebf for 5 days now and things are going pretty well. The only problem I'm having is sore nipples because he will only feed from one side 98% of the time.
I'm picking up a nipple shield and hoping that will help. I don't mind feeding from one side (I've been pumping and saving from the rejected one) I just need some relief so that it isn't so painful
Has anyone else used a nipple shield for sore nipples and do they really help? I'm getting the medela one and really hoping it will help
