Food Intake/Weight Management

Some of us are trying to lose weight and/or manage an eating disorder (like myself...EDNOS). Though it can be really uncomfortable and maybe anxiety causing, it really is beneficial to log your food intake! I use an app that you plug your medical information into, and it sets reasonable goals. It goes by what you eat and how you eat it (grilled/baked salmon for example is of course way better than fried!). It doesn't take immediate effect, as this app is all about safe eating habits, but going from 2,108 cal. per day to 1,460 cal will definitely make a difference over time! And don't cheat on your diet by not plugging in your foods and drinks everyday. You'll only cheat yourself out of learning better habits! You can have your cake and manage your diet, too <3
