I thought I'd be pregnant by now

I'm 21 I've been trying to conceive for about 8 months now. I honestly thought since I'm young it would happen the first time we didn't use a condom. I have irregular periods so it's hard to track my ovulation. So we have sex constantly. Any tips? Or ways that worked for you to help me out. I've always dreamed of being a mommy ever since I was a little girl. I just want that special moment to happen😪
